Together as educators, parents and friends, we work to create a learning environment permeated by the richness and traditions of the Catholic faith and the Ignatian heritage of the Sisters, Faithful Companions of Jesus.

Our vision encourages our students from kindergarten to VCE to approach life with optimism, to be creative learners looking for ways to contribute to society and to be actively engaged with issues of social justice. Like a child’s imagination, learning should have no bounds. Our co-educational Early Learning Centre instils in the young boys and girls the joy of learning and discovery. Our girls-only environment from Prep to Year 12 enables each student to take intellectual risks and focus on achieving personal bests across a wide range of subjects and pursuits, including a very broad curriculum, quality religious education, diverse co-curricular activities and social justice programs.

Further, our exceptional facilities are surrounded by beautiful park-like gardens, which collectively work to immerse students in a unique and inspiring learning environment. Our students are located on a single campus which offers both Primary and Secondary students easy access to specialised facilities.

The fundamental assumption underpinning the College’s learning and teaching program is that all students have the ability to learn and to progress as autonomous learners, supported by a wide range of learning and teaching styles within a caring environment. Our educational program seeks to encourage the development of the whole person with a sense of self-worth, who pursues excellence and respects the intrinsic dignity of each individual. In an all-girls environment, girls develop the confidence to take risks necessary for genuine achievement.

Our Companionship Program in Years 6, 9,10 and 11 invites our students to go beyond their comfort zone to spend time with members of the community who need support in one way or another. Participation in the Companionship Program enables students to develop their confidence and to be challenged in a supportive environment as well as positively contributing to their communities.
